In the cash market Link is an independent broker/dealer in US and Canadian stocks, both listed and OTC. Clients include hedge funds, investment banks, money managers and specialised institutions. The desk has expertise in equity strategies (including merger arbitrage, pairs trading, delta-hedging) and orders (guaranteed VWAP, spreads, program trading) and is able to offer execution services without the conflicts sometimes associated with investment banking and proprietary trading operations. Link also offers intermediary services in American Depositary Receipts (ADRs) in the European, US, pan-Asian and Latin American markets.
